NTCA State Director Program on Rapid Rise in 2016
With the addition of new state director Drew Bauer of Eastside Kitchen and Bath in the state of Washington, the NTCA now has 83 dedicated individuals who have committed to support the goals and objectives of the association. This is in addition to twelve regional directors and seven executive officers and advisors. State Directors support NTCA by promoting membership, regional education, and networking. They visit local suppliers and distributors to place promotional material for NTCA, and some of them contact friends and competitors who they believe are ideal candidates for membership. In 2016, many state directors attended either TISE West in Las Vegas or Coverings in Chicago, and supported NTCA at our booth. The state director program is one of the biggest reasons NTCA new membership is up over 200% in the first quarter of 2016 compared to 2015. The entire NTCA staff would like to thank all of our executive officers, regional directors, and state directors for their contribution to our membership growth. If you are interested in supporting the mission of the NTCA and in being a state director, contact Assistant Executive Director Jim Olson at jim@tile-assn.com
